We truly enjoyed our stay. Floyd was very responsive with any questions we had. Even at 2am 🥴. We loved that the house was one level. The only stairs were walking up to the house. There is no back door which wasn’t a problem for us. All 13 of my guests had a bed in an actual room. The 4 full bathrooms were perfect. We were able to host Thanksgiving dinner with no problem. The amenities were exact. Seasons, pots and pans, blenders etc were all available for us to use along with towels and face rags for each. The washer and dryer was also very handy. The young adults had their gaming system in the back on that tv while we enjoyed the front tv. I would suggest you bring an antenna (can grab from Dollar tree) if you want to watch local channels. We’re heavy football fans so we did that. Otherwise you can enjoy the streaming services. If you are in need of a place for your large group, I highly recommend this location!! It is saved as my favorite!

“My stay was amazing! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and the location was kind of rough but it was multiple Airbnb I wouldn’t recommend to no who not use to the hood lbvs but that area didn’t bother us . [Floyd & Lydia ] was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in process was smooth, and all the little touches made it feel like home. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again!”

The house was very nice spacious and was able to hold our big group of family members. The kitchen was wonderful it was thought with pots and pans and everything that we needed it to be able to cook Big meals so that was a plus for us. We had no major issues anything come up? I love the place, and I will book it again on my next trip to Georgia. There is a lot of space, and it is easy to communicate with the hosts. I suggest this place for any big family vacation.
