We simply ask that you consider The Ash your home away from home and treat it with the consideration it deserves while also following the house rules : - No smoking of any kind inside the home - No illegal drug use -No Parties ( A gathering that involves a guest list in considerable excess of 16 individuals , the playing of "loud" music , the excessive use of alcoholic beverages & dancing.) , Failure to adhere to the above policies can unfortunately result in immediate cancellation of your stay & or vacating of the premises with an additional fee and possibly forfeiting of your security deposit. Guests: - the only guests permitted to stay or visit, are the guests who are on the booking. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages. Makeup must be properly removed ( DO NOT USE THE TOWELS ) prior to resting as to avoid stained linen for which you will incur additional charges. The kitchen area should be used for your eating pleasure as opposed to the bedrooms etc. Again we must avoid staining the linen and the carpeted areas as these damages will only serve to create unnecessary costs. Please leave the house reasonably clean and tidy. •Placing all trash in trash cans. Kindly remove anything that needs to be thrown away; including bags, boxes from the bedroom and perishables from the refrigerator •All dirty dinnerware to be left inside dishwasher and be turned on. • Used towels to be placed in linen baskets provided/laundry room. •Treating the property with care and respect. For every guest, we provide fresh linens and clean towels, and a thoroughly cleaned house. Adhering to these requests will ensure a full refund of your security deposit. We like to give our guests the privacy to enjoy the space, but feel free to ask for local recommendations! We can be reached through the online booking platform, telephone, or text message. PARKING: We ask that all reservations are limited to 5 vehicles to be responsible and considerate neighbors! Additional parking may be available at local MARTA stations. [Parking: Up to 4 cars in the driveway and also street parking] GRILL: You are free to utilize the grill available but please be advised there is a separate service/cleaning charge of $25. OUTDOOR: This home also offers an expansive and private backyard area for your group to enjoy, complete with a charcoal grill! [Private, cemented space behind the house with BBQ]
